Our Food

All of our chickens are seasoned with our own perfect blend of herbs and spices and served with our own special ‘Cluckin’ sauces. Read up on our ingredients and allergens.

Served fresh in our environmentally friendly, bio-degradable, compostable and recyclable packaging- which is also microwave proof.

If you would like to reheat the chicken just pop it in the oven at 180 for about 20 mins or a core temperature of 63 degrees or above.

OUR CHICKENS

All of the chickens sold at the Cluck Brothers are always British and only come from Red Tractor Assured Farms. The chickens are sourced and hand-picked from our multiple award-winning master butcher ‘Owen Taylor & Sons of Derbyshire.’

Owen Taylor- the great-grandfather of the current Managing Director Richard Taylor- started the business in 1922 at Chestnut Farm in Somercotes. This third-generation family-run butcher has thrived due to its consistency in high-quality, locally sourced fresh meat. Owen Taylor still purchases the majority of its products as livestock from local “Farm Assured” farms in the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire area. All of the chickens have full traceability with perfect flavour and texture.

Get Cluckin

After we receive our fresh chicken they are now ready for the spit. We then apply our own special Cluck Brothers seasoning before slowly roasting on a spit and allowing them to continuously baste in their own juices.

Our seasoning is the perfect blend of herbs and spices to compliment and enhance the flavour of these succulent chickens

Our sauces are of course home-made. We take classic recipes and put our own unique spin on them. They have all been made with great care to compliment & enhance the flavour of our beautiful chickens. The only problem is deciding which one to choose.
