Select your Venue

Select your venue and time slot from the drop-down list. Order for on the day or beyond. Did you know you can pre-order up to 7 days in advance?

STEP 3.
COLLECT FROM US

When your slot is here, head down to the venue to collect your food from the van. Ash and his friendly team will be there to make sure your order is ready for you.

WHAT THE CLUCK?

Only the good stuff ends up on our spit. All our chickens are 100% British, properly sourced, and handled with the kind of care you'd expect from people who take their poultry very seriously.

This isn't chicken knocked up by Kevin from down the road. It's crafted by a professional chef with over 30 years behind the stove, so every bird gets the respect it deserves.

Fresh chickens go straight to the spit, coated in our secret Cluck Brothers seasoning (fair warning: it's seriously addictive), then slow-roasted low and steady until they're succulent, juicy and packed with flavour.

Pair them with our homemade 'Cluckin' sauces, classic recipes with a proper Cluck Brothers twist, and to be honest, the hardest part is picking just one.

Meet Ash - chef, founder, the top bloke behind the bird.

Thirty years in professional kitchens.

Restaurants in and around Nottingham, a stint in the Lake District, a bit of cooking abroad, and the last decade spent as a private fine dining chef cooking for actors, politicians, sports stars, TV personalities - and yes, a member of the Royal Family.

Cluck Brothers started as a lockdown side project. It's now a proper business. Same hands, same standards - just fewer tablecloths.

Every bird is seasoned properly, cooked properly, and handed to you out of a van by someone who genuinely cares whether it's any good.
